Automative World Nagoya 2023 was held on October 25-27, 2023, which is a combination of exhibitions and conferences focused on the key topics in the automotive industry, such as electronics, autonomous dirivng, processing technology, automotive manufacturing, etc. As a newly established company, Viettron's first international exhibition went successfully as partnering with the Industry Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and other domestic companies to promote a compound semiconductor such as silicon carbide (SiC) that is high power, high frequency and low power consumption for light electric vehicles, logistics vehicles, and charging piles to expand Taiwan's the global electric vehicle market share.

Beginning with Tesla Model 3 using SiC, a significant advantage in terms of size and weight, leads a number of automobile manufacturers are following the trend to incorporate it into power electronic devices, even light electric vehicles also as exmple. We displayed an advanced model of semi-conductor silicon carbide on a featured vehicle, demonstrating the innovation as well as being seen explosive growth in demand given its potential applications especially for advancing Viettron's endeavors in the electric vehicle development.
