PRODUCTS

While collaborating with Viettron, you will be offered total solutions for your electric vehicles powered 5kW~50kW. We possess profound expertise in vehicle categories of off-road vehicles, powersports cargo, and particular duty vehicles, by not only providing you core components but also bringing together parts and systems. What follows is a list of a wide range of our available products and services.

PCU

The Power Control Unit (PCU) developed by Viettron is a bridge between the electric energy storage unit and the power output unit. It provides robust high-power output capability for controlling the bidirectional flow of electric energy between those two units. With its advanced embedded programmable controller OS, motor drive algorithms, and modular hardware architecture, the motor driver achieves unprecedented flexibility in application, motor control, and powerful expandability. Viettron customizes power control modes and designs hardware circuits and software algorithm, such as torque control, speed control, speed limit control, and constant speed control. PCU includes a wealth of sensor interfaces to support common motor position sensors and throttle position sensors.

VCU

The Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) developed by Viettron is an embedded system as an electrical control solution for modern vehicles. Our VCU is based on the ARM architecture, ASIL-B level, and the processor with a processing speed is up to 112MHz, making it ideal for the development of two-wheel electric vehicles with a complete functioning performance and an input and output control management interface. Our VCU also automatically performs analyses of the system or components. It controls functions that include power control and management, general I/O control, switch detection, car lights, horn, water pump, grip-lock during run time, peripheral control, battery charge and discharge management, sound management, Bluetooth (i.e., keyless) and peripheral communication interface CAN BUS 2.0B, and vehicle-mounted 3-axis inertial measurement element.

[Keyless] A remote keyless is an extended technology of VCU that is specifically through the Bluetooth module supporting the keyless entry to allow you to remotely power on/off your vehicles without physical contact.

Our Anti-Lock Breaking System (ABS) and Traction Control System (TCS) is an electronic safety feature specifically for two-wheelers that helps prevent the loss of traction. The anti-lock function on both wheels and lift control function on the front wheel makes braking more safely to enhance riding stability and reduce the risk of rolling over. TCS supports multiple breaking modes of controlling the powertrain preventing power slides. Finally, it is equipped with CAN and K wire for communication and diagnosis.

SERVICES

FOUR-ELECTRIC NETWORK

Viettron's business deliverable is comprehensive because we not only provide complete products but also services to increase the value of partnerships with you. Being a Four-Electric System solution provider expects ourselves to assist all requirements of a customer. Our endeavors are to maximize our solutions for the core compartments of an electric vehicle conforming segments to perform effectively. In addition to product and module solutions, our alternative service about building a four-electric network means to bring together vehicle control unit, powertrain, battery energy management, and charging systems. The network is not limited to those subsystems but also integrate with parts, such as ABS/TCS and OBC. In other words, we are technically capable of constructing a four-electric system for your vehicle in accordance with functional requirements.

icon-service-detail.svg
I. Battery Energy Management:
includes battery cell and pack selections as well as battery management system (BMS) that we assist you in configuring the delivery of targeted range of voltage and current for a duration of time for your electric vehicle. The management system monitors the battery, provides battery protection, estimate the battery's operational state, and optimize battery performance.
II. Power Control Unit (PCU):
manages the power conversion and the motor. Our PCU, both liquid and air cooling, is compatible with motors with voltage at 72V/300A, 96V/400A, and 144V/250A.
III. Motor:
converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Currently, we offer the motor selection range from 1K to 30kW (maximum power)
IV. Vehicle Control Unit (VCU):
plays the central role of controlling vehicle functions and powertrain, as the vehicle central management entity in charging of any segment of a vehicle to function expectedly. VCU supports the remote keyless entry that controls power on/off without physical contact.
V. Charging System:
generates electricity through charging piles or On Board Charger (OBC). Our OBC meets the European standard IEC62196 Type 2 Level 1. The input power range is 220VAC/32A, and the power range is 90 to 264VAC/47 to 63Hz. The conversion efficiency is EFF>90%. This OBC can also be connected to a household power source with an external charging adapter for use at home.

IoT Service

The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to a network of vehicles and other physical objects that are embedded with sensors, software, and network connectivity, allowing them to collect and share data over the Internet networks.

I. Cloud Platform:
collects, tracks, and analyzes vehicle information including its location, performance, mechanical data, etc. The data is used to monitor the status of vehicles and conduct data analyses for further automotive invention.
II. Four-Electric Network:
is composed of a battery, powertrain, vehicle control system, and charging system. Through connectivity sensors, the data is transmitted to the Cloud platforms where are served as management centers monitoring charging stations, fleets status, and other vehicle motion related data.

SYSTEM INTEGRATION

Optimizing vehicle performance leads to tooling and upgrading testing equipment to increase vehicle performance, higher productivity, longer vehicle lifespan, and efficient power consumption.

VERIFICATION SERVICES

Our optimizing vehicle performance directs to supporting End-Of-Line (EOL) Testing requests, which include leasing testing as well as verifying equipment, system setup, and even software programming necessity for various EOL modules. Those EOL services aim at: (1) discovering potential issues; (2) improving production efficiency; (3) maintaining cost savings; (4) conducting data collection and analysis, and (5) following regulation compliance and safety, to achieve standardized ISO 9001 quality expectations.
